In this pillar we mentor the basics of being an entrepreneur, Each athlete needs to set up an LLC in order to maximize a players income and minimize taxes. This needs to happen straight out of college and training athletes out of the gate for financial success, this is part of the financial literacy program. Adifo teaches them the tax structures, estate planning, trusts, etc. Generational wealth building is focusing on investing in strategic businesses that will create wealth with the income they earn while their contracts are active.
Emotional, Mental, Physical Charity and wellbeing. This pillar is the character building for the athlete, his and her family and children. When they get involved with specific charities or organizations they are passionate about, areas they want to give back to in the community, etc. Marty Dutch a close friend and VIP influencer ELLE Family Office Networks works with 160 charities and foundations. We can help our athletes get involved with some of these organizations or create their own. Athletes can become overwhelmed with emotional and physical stress from injuries or having success at an early age and not knowing how to deal with it.
