The first phase of development will have 10 hotels, over 500 branded residences, an 18 hole championship golf course, with 63 home lots on and around the course. As well as hundreds of lakeside and beach front residences, together with residential lots for sale. It will also include a marina as well as a world class sports academy.

Hotel Branded Residences will combine the ultra-luxury hotel experience with private real estate ownership. These residences will flourish within the ultra-luxury Bahamian market along with the Albany Development, Rosewood Baha Mar, and the Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club.

There will be over $5 billion US dollars in real estate sales. The first hotels will open 2024. Branded Residences sales will begin Q2 2023.

The development will be designed to take advantage of the amazing natural resources and beauty of the island, maximising views and access to the sea. The development is focused on and sensitive to the local ecology and environment. It will aim to be carbon neutral and will be powered by renewable energy sources.
