Simon is a UK Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 experience on working on large scale infrastructure and construction projects worldwide.
He has lived and worked in many countries with particular experience in the Middle East and Africa. He managed offices in Dubai, Moscow, Kiev and Lagos.

He was Managing Director of Bradbrook HDR a joint UK/ US Civil and Structural Engineering company that employs over 16,000 people across the globe. With projects across Europe and the Middle East. Major building developments including offices, shopping centres, warehouses and mixed use. Civils works including roads, bridges, drainage and incoming services.

In the UK he set up Transform Land Ltd a development company that specialized on contaminated land and the remediation of heavily polluted ground to bring it back into active use. TL acted as developer, funder and contractor.

Simon founded and managed a company that recycled rubber vehicle tyres. The business was based in the UK and Belarus. The tyres were stripped on the metal and processed to create a rubber powder referred to as “Black Gold”. This material had high value and was traded on stock markets. It had a number of uses including rubber new rubber components.

In recent years Simon has undertaken his own building and industrial developments in the UK and overseas.

He has an Engineering company in the UK that specializes in designing warehouses and distribution centres

He is the Development Director of New World Developments and has responsibility for finding new project and delivering these in conjunction with his team and external consultants and contractors.

He is also a founder and managing partner of Legends Sports Advocates, a family office that invest money on behalf of sportsmen and athletes.
